If you produce or process food and you would like to differentiate the specific attributes of your product in the market, you should join this program.
The differential specifications can be mentioned in the product labels, focusing on those characteristics that differentiate the product from other similar products, when their processing and final quality conditions comply with the specifications of a given standard or set of rules. |

Conditions required to certify Quality Attributes : |
The Quality Protocol, a technical dossier, composed of the quality attribute and two specific protocols.
The attribute: differential qualification - object of certification and scope, to include in the product label.

The Production / Manufacturing Protocol:
Designed by the producer or manufacturer, has to include the following data as minimum:Legal name, technical responsible name, clear identification of producer/manufacturer, farm/plant address, contact information, SENASA authorization or the corresponding one according to the area (national, provincial, municipal) and Attribute to be Certified.
Description of production / manufacturing methods including inputs characteristics, parameters to follow-up, etc. |

Control and Certification Protocol:
It is designed by the certifying agent, and describes the control procedures (audits, inspections, lab tests, etc.) both systematic and aleatory, comprising all phases of production and final product. |
